All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that during product launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Incorrect Addresses

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

AUREVO is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

AUREVO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.

 

 

 

Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aurevo.design with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
